Refund Policy — Pivotal Coffee Co.

Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by Pivotal Coffee Co. are made to order and fulfilled by our roasting partner. Each bag is custom roasted for freshness and sealed immediately.

Because of the perishable nature of coffee and our made-to-order process, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Order Issues
If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Or not delivered

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with our roasting partner to review and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement. Approval of replacements is at our discretion, and supporting evidence (such as photos) may be required.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Incorrect brewing methods or preparation
  • Orders submitted with incorrect shipping information
