Processing Time
All coffee is roasted to order to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) depending on roast schedule and order volume.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery
Orders ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing within the continental United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected delivery speed.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and coordinate a replacement when appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Pivotal Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to help locate your shipment.
