General
By accessing or purchasing from Pivotal Coffee Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.

Products & Fulfillment
All coffee products are roasted and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Roastify.

Product availability, roasting schedules, and delivery timelines may vary based on operational capacity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, pricing, or descriptions at any time without notice.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and scanned into their system, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

We will assist with tracking and communication but are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once in transit.

Replacements
Requests for replacements must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Pivotal Coffee Co. will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to evaluate claims. All replacement decisions are made at our discretion.

Abuse of replacement requests may result in order limitations or account restrictions.

Limitation of Liability
Pivotal Coffee Co. is not liable for:

  • Individual taste preferences
  • Brewing or preparation errors
  • Allergic reactions not caused by labeling inaccuracies
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party carriers
  • Circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.
